Vision Energy and Power Ltd (VEPL) is developing Nupche Likhu Hydropower Project (57.5 MW) in Umakunda Rural Municipality -1, Ramechhap. Currently, we are seeking for competent, committed, self-motivated and person interested to excel in construction management for the following post:

1) Designation: Assistant Compliance Officer

Required Nos: 1

Level :  6

Working Location: Head Office (Kathmandu) 

Job Description

• Assist in implementation of company’s Policy and Guidelines.

• Report and monitor the progress of the compliance activities to the department head.

• Draft and review agreements, contracts, proposals, memo and any other internal documents as and when necessary.

• Follow-up & send reminder for submission of works & reports to the departments.

• Monitor and track reporting deadlines to ensure compliance.

• Conduct meetings and prepare minutes of the meetings.

• Carry out activities in accordance with highest standards and in line with Company’s Policy and Procedures.

• Assist in evaluation of company’s personnel as per policy of the company.

• Other necessary tasks as directed by the Senior Management;

Job Specification

• Good command of English & Nepali language in speaking, writing, and presenting.

• Must have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)

• A broad understanding of corporate governance, internal control and compliance.

• Having good Communication & Interpersonal Skill

Min. Qualification:

• Bachelor in Management or LLB or Equivalent with two years of experience or MBA Fresher
